Never stepped on a mat before? That’s okay! Everyone is a beginner at some point and this class offers motivation, guidance, and is the perfect way to start. In this 30- minute class, you learn the foundation and principles of vinyasa, a flow-based yoga, through verbal description and demonstration. You will also gain an understanding of safety and stability within each pose, and the tools needed to reach peace and relaxation.

Whether you are a beginner, or an experienced practitioner, this 45-minute class takes you through a deeply restorative process. With breath and guided movement into longer holds for poses, we target deep connective tissue between the muscles and achieve increased circulation, improve mobility, flexibility and release toxins. Each class ends with calming breath work and a mental cool down.

In this dynamic, 60-minute flowing practice we explore, we laugh, and play. Here we consciously link movement of the body with the breath, learn balancing postures, twists, binds, and test our boundaries. With each posture we build strength, flexibility and physical stamina, while releasing tension and stress and leave class feeling vibrant.
